ice navigation in Finland

Ice-navigation from April 4 to April 13 of 2007 in the Bothnia Gulf on the KONINGSBORG, underway from Mantyluoto to Kemi and Oulu. In the Last 2 ports we loaded woodpulp for Livorno and Savona in Italy. In the seaman's house of Mantyluoto the crew performed a bit of Karaoke with our German Hostess Anna, who played the flute.

holidays in Fortaleza, Ceará, Brasil.

My son Paul, who lives in Belém, Para, a state near the Amazon River, spent a week with us in the Samburá Hotel on the Avenida Beira Mar, where we had a splendid time together (see picture)
